Diplomatic Note and Links

Of all the legal documents related to the international child abduction case of Melissa Marie Bustamante, diplomatic note #208 written in February of 2001, is the document that most accurately and eloquently summarizes this case in its entirety.   It was written by the United States Embassy in Colombia and addressed to the Colombian Foreign Ministry. The diplomatic note can be seen on this Link.
