It’s difficult for me to write this knowing how much of a shame it is that you can’t be with us right now. Though my memory of you is limited, I remember how happy your father made you and how adorable your smile was. I know I speak for everyone in your paternal family when I say it saddens us greatly that we’ve missed getting to see you grow and mature into the young woman you now are, and that you’ve done so without the wisdom and guidance of your father. You should also know that your father is a wonderful man; he is one of the kindest and selfless people that I know. He’s been waiting for you for a long time. We all have, and we will continue to do so. We miss you and love you, and eagerly await for you to come back into our lives.
